2. **Use of Data** — Your data is used exclusively to investigate reported scams, coordinate with financial institutions or law enforcement, and provide updates on your case.
3. **Data Security** — All records are stored securely with restricted access. We employ encryption and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
4. **Retention Policy** — Investigation records are retained for a maximum of seven (7) years from the closure date, unless required longer by law or legal proceedings. After this period, data is permanently deleted.
5. **Disclosure of Data** — We will not disclose your personal data to third parties except (a) when you have given consent, (b) when required by law or court order, or (c) when cooperating with authorized authorities (e.g., Bank Negara Malaysia, MCMC, PDRM).
