SCAM HUNTERS provides investigation support, digital forensics, advisory services for scam victims, and corporate risk consulting. Service delivery depends on accurate information provided by you and on cooperation with financial institutions and authorities. While we work diligently, we do not guarantee fund recovery or specific outcomes.

Unless otherwise stated, all text, images, illustrations, graphics, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and other materials on this site (collectively, the "Site Contents") are owned, controlled, or licensed by SCAM HUNTERS SDN. BHD. You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site Contents without prior written permission.

When purchasing paid services, payment is due in full at the time of order unless a separate agreement states otherwise. We process payments securely through our partner SenangPay, and accept Visa, MasterCard, FPX, and other approved online payment methods. Payment cards are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer; if authorisation is declined, we are not liable for delays or failure to deliver services.

All personal data and case information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PDPA obligations. We only disclose information to third parties when required by law, when cooperating with authorities, or with your explicit consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCAM HUNTERS and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data arising from use of our site or services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim (or MYR 100 if no fee was paid).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SCAM HUNTERS, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Accessing those sites is at your own risk. SCAM HUNTERS is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party sites.

Either party may discontinue use of the website at any time. We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

• Cancellation period: You may cancel a confirmed service within 24 hours without any penalty. Eligibility is based on the booking timestamp recorded in our system.
• Cancellation fees: Cancellations made after 24 hours incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost to cover work already initiated by our investigators and lawyers.
• Refunds: Refunds are available only for cancellations submitted within the 24-hour grace period. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to bank processing times.
• How to cancel: Email contact@scamhunters.my with your case ID, full name, and payment reference. Our customer service team will acknowledge your request and confirm the outcome.
